About

When I was pregnant I learned that many of my peers, or random people I ran into, have A LOT of questions about pregnancy, labor, and babies in general. At one point, when I was about 7 months pregnant, I was hanging out with a group of my friends who asked what it was like. I gave some remark about how the true nature of what it was like to be pregnant was so far beyond what would be considered acceptable to talk about that it was hard to answer that. They laughed and one of them said “You should start a blog called beyond tmi”. So here we are. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, I’m not shy. Well, I am introverted but not shy about answering questions that might typically be considered TMI.

I am mom to two kiddos, a toddler boy and a medically complex baby girl. I am passionate about bringing a light to the often taboo subjects around pregnancy and parenting as well as the world of the medically complex.
